We stand behind our work. If something isn't right, contact us and we'll do everything we can to make it right before processing a refund. Email support@thynk-solutions.io and we'll respond within 2 business days.
Custom build projects
- Every project is quoted flat, in writing, before work begins.
- If you cancel before work begins, any payment made is refunded in full.
- Once work has begun, payments for work already performed are non-refundable. If a project is cancelled mid-build, we'll settle fairly based on work completed to date and refund any prepaid amounts beyond that.
- Every delivered build includes a 30-day dial-in period: if something we built isn't working as scoped, we fix it at no charge. Fixing what we built is always our first answer — that promise doesn't expire with the dial-in.
Platform subscription ($297/mo)

Ready-made apps
Our software products (such as Thynk Detailing) are sold under their own brands with their own terms on their own websites; refunds for those products are governed by the policy on the product's site.
