By accessing thynk-solutions.ai or purchasing services from Thynk Solutions, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
Thynk Solutions ("we," "us," "our") is operated by Brandon Jones, 22025 Hawthorne Blvd #1007, Torrance, CA 90503. "You" refers to the individual or business using our services.
Our services
Thynk Solutions builds custom AI systems and software for businesses: CRM systems, AI agents (voice and text), automations and integrations, websites, custom applications, and search/content systems. Every project is scoped individually and quoted as a flat project fee before work begins.
We also offer our own ready-made software products (such as Thynk Detailing), which are sold separately under their own brands and terms on their own websites, and — in limited cases, by mutual agreement — ongoing advisory or fully managed services.
Project fees and billing
- Project fees are quoted flat, in writing, before work begins. The quote states what will be built, the price, and the payment schedule. Project fees for work that has been performed are non-refundable.
- Platform subscription: systems that run on our hosted platform require an ongoing monthly platform fee (currently $297/mo unless otherwise quoted), billed monthly and cancellable at any time before your next renewal date. This fee keeps your system live and includes repair of anything we built if it stops working correctly.
- Usage charges for texts, calls, and AI processing are billed based on actual usage and are separate from the platform fee.
- Advertising budget is paid by you directly to the ad platform on your own payment method and is never handled or marked up by us.
There are no long-term commitments. The platform subscription is month-to-month.
The 30-day dial-in period
Every custom build includes a 30-day adjustment period after launch, during which we tune and adjust the delivered system as it meets real-world use, at no additional charge. This covers adjustments to what was built in the original scope; it does not cover new features or scope additions, which are quoted separately.
Service updates and modifications
While your platform subscription is active, we maintain the systems we built for you, including platform updates required to keep your system running correctly as underlying platforms evolve, and we repair anything we built if it breaks.
New features, additional automations, further builds, or material changes beyond the original scope are not included and are quoted and billed separately — always in advance.
We reserve the right to upgrade or modify underlying technology, including AI models, workflows, and integrations, as the platforms we use evolve. We will not make changes that materially reduce your system's functionality without notifying you first.
Ownership
- Systems, accounts, and assets built directly in your own accounts (for example, your ad accounts or your website hosting) are yours.
- Your data — contacts, leads, conversations, and customer records — is always yours. We provide a clean export upon request at any time.
- Systems hosted on our platform require an active platform subscription to keep running. If you cancel, we export your data and, where practical, assist in transitioning assets; hosted systems themselves are decommissioned at the end of the final billing period.
- Our internal tools, templates, prompts, and know-how remain our intellectual property. The specific configuration and content we build for your business is yours to use for your business.
Cancellation
To cancel a platform subscription, email support@thynk-solutions.io before your next renewal date. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Upon cancellation, your data is exported in CSV format upon request within 7 business days.
Limitation of liability
Thynk Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months prior to any claim.
We do not guarantee specific advertising results, lead volume, or revenue outcomes. Results depend on factors outside our control, including your market, offer, and sales process.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to that jurisdiction.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
