    Refund Policy

    Our Commitment

    We stand behind our work. If something isn't right, contact us and we'll do everything we can to make it right before processing a refund.

    Email support@thynk-solutions.io and we'll respond within 2 business days.

    30-Day Satisfaction Window

    If you are unsatisfied with your service, you may request a refund within 30 calendar days of your initial purchase date. Requests must be submitted in writing to support@thynk-solutions.io.

    Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 14 calendar days.

    Non-Refundable Items

    The following are non-refundable under all circumstances:

    • One-time setup fees
    • AI usage charges (voice, SMS, email)
    • Subscription renewal charges processed after a cancellation deadline was missed
    • Any month of service already delivered

    Subscriptions and Auto-Renewal

    Your subscription renews automatically each month. You are responsible for canceling before your renewal date if you no longer wish to continue. Renewal charges processed after a missed cancellation deadline are non-refundable.

    To cancel, email support@thynk-solutions.io before your renewal date.

    12-Month Plans and Early Exit

    By enrolling in a 12-month plan, you commit to the full term. If you wish to exit early, you may:

    Option A: Pay a $1,500 early termination fee — equal to the setup fee waived when you chose the 12-month plan. Service ends at the close of the current billing period.

    Option B: Continue your monthly payments through the end of your committed term, then cancel with no additional fees.

    Monthly charges already paid are non-refundable.

    How to Request a Refund

    Email support@thynk-solutions.io with:

    • Your name and business name
    • Date of purchase
    • Reason for your request

    We'll respond within 2 business days.

    Late or Missing Refunds

    If you haven't received your refund after 14 days:

    1. Check your bank account
    2. Contact your credit card company — posting can take a few days
    3. Contact your bank
    4. If still unresolved, email support@thynk-solutions.io
