    Terms of Service

    Agreement

    By accessing thynk-solutions.ai or purchasing services from Thynk Solutions, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

    Thynk Solutions ("we," "us," "our") is operated by Brandon Jones, 22025 Hawthorne Blvd. #1007, Torrance, CA 90503. "You" refers to the individual or business using our services.

    Our Services

    Thynk Solutions provides subscription-based AI + CRM systems for local service businesses. Services include: CRM setup and management, AI receptionist and voice agent configuration, website builds, advertising setup and monitoring, and direct coaching and support.

    All services are delivered on either a month-to-month or 12-month subscription basis as selected at time of purchase.

    Subscriptions and Billing

    Subscriptions renew automatically each month. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

    Month-to-month plan: Cancel any time before your next billing date. No further charges after cancellation takes effect.

    12-month plan: You commit to the full 12-month term. Monthly charges are due for the entirety of that term.

    Setup fees, where applicable, are charged once at the start of your engagement and are non-refundable.

    AI usage charges (voice, SMS, email) are billed based on actual usage and are separate from your monthly subscription fee.

    Early Termination (12-Month Plans)

    If you cancel a 12-month plan before the end of your term, you have two options:

    Option A: Pay a one-time early termination fee of $1,500 — equal to the setup fee that was waived when you enrolled in the 12-month plan. Service ends at the close of the current billing period.

    Option B: Continue paying $497/mo through the remainder of your committed term, then cancel with no additional fees.

    No partial-month credits are issued under either option.

    Service Updates and Modifications

    Your subscription includes ongoing maintenance of the systems we build for you, including platform updates and performance optimizations required to keep your system running correctly as underlying platforms evolve.

    New features, additional automations, custom builds, or material changes beyond the original scope are not included in the monthly subscription and are quoted and billed separately.

    We reserve the right to upgrade or modify underlying technology (including AI models, workflows, and integrations) as the platforms we use evolve. We will not make changes that materially reduce your system's functionality without notifying you first.

    Cancellation

    To cancel your subscription, email support@thynk-solutions.io before your next renewal date. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period.

    Upon cancellation:

    • Access to managed systems ends at the close of the billing period
    • Your contact data will be exported in CSV format upon request within 7 business days
    • CRM, website, and AI agent systems built on Thynk licenses are decommissioned and are not transferable

    Your Data

    Contacts, leads, and customer data you generate through our systems remain yours. We provide a clean data export upon request at any time, including at cancellation.

    Intellectual Property

    Website designs, workflows, AI prompts, system configurations, and materials created by Thynk Solutions remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

    Limitation of Liability

    Thynk Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months prior to any claim.

    We do not guarantee specific advertising results, lead volume, or revenue outcomes. Results depend on factors outside our control, including your market, offer, and sales process.

    Changes to These Terms

    We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
